Payment and Subscription Terms

Subscription fees are charged monthly at RM 1,045.00 including 6% SST. Payment is due at the beginning of each billing cycle.

Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed for services already rendered.

All prices include applicable taxes. Payment processing fees may apply depending on your chosen payment method.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Luminavorest shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for our services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Luminavorest from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.
